The journal wishes to point out that corrections have been made to “Some lessons about models from Michaelis and Menten” (Mol. Biol. Cell [2012] 23, 517–519). Due to errors in the proofing process, Maud Leonora Menten's dates were listed in the text as (1979–1960). They have been corrected to (1879–1960). Also, the term “steady state” in the sentence “They assumed a separation of time scales in which E and ES rapidly reach a steady state…” originally appeared as “ready state.” The journal apologizes for any inconvenience caused by these mistakes.
