To create a celebratory mood, “party hosts” can wear AHW T-shirts, bandanas, and other accessories in red and gold (AHW colors). Why not invite a local celebrity to judge your best trick, longest tail, or dog singing contest? You can also invove the community by asking the police department to give police dog demonstrations or have animal trainers demonstrate basic behavior training exercises on site.
