Acute expression of NR4A1 or NR4A3 suppresses growth and survival of human AML cells. (b) Effects of NR4A1 and NR4A3 on cell viability are non-synergistic and DBD-dependent. (c) NR4A1 and NR4A3 expression reduced colony-forming ability of Kasumi-1 cells, (d) increased cell death as measured by Annexin-V/propidium iodide (PI) staining (36 h) and (e) decreased cell proliferation as measured by BrdU incorporation (36–48 h).
