Abstract

Aneurysms of the sinus of Valsalva are rare, and in this type of aneurysm, those of the left sinus are the least common.1-3 Aneurysms that ruptured into the left and right atria have also been reported4-6; however, we report an unusual case of congenital aneurysm of the left aortic sinus that ruptured into the left ventricle.
