Dear Editor,

Thank you so much for your feedback to our study. As we mentioned for constructs of the study, we lived difficulties to find patients only COPD without additional diseases.[1,2] For this reason, we decided to exclude the patients having thalassemia and hepatitis. Undoubtedly, there is far more way to go for the mechanism of hepcidin in COPD. We think that new studies must be executed in the future.
