Plasma and peritoneal lavage IL-6, MIP-2, CXCL10 and IFNα concentrations in wild type and STAT1 knockout (STAT1KO) mice at 18 hours after CLP. Mice were resuscitated with lactated Ringer’s solution alone (-Primaxin) or with lactated Ringer’s solution plus Primaxin (25 mg/kg, +Primaxin).
