Survival and rectal temperature in control and TYK2-defcient mice. C57BL/10SnJ (control) and B10.D1-H2q/SgJ (TYK2-defiicent) mice were resuscitated with lactated Ringer’s plus Primaxin (25 mg/kg) immediately after CLP.
