Following the publication of this article, the authors noted that on page 3 (Methods and procedures; subsections “ICV administration of MTII and AgRP79–129” and “Grooming assay”), on page 6 and 7 (Results; subsections “Pharmacological manipulation of the melanocortin system in vivo” and “The MC4RK314X mutation abolishes MTII-induced grooming behavior”), and on page 7 (Figure legends of “Figure 6” and “Figure 7”) the amount of peptide injected ICV was 1 nmol for MTII or AgRP79–129 and not 1 nmol/l.
