The authors would like to apologize for the following error on page 4 of the article:

It currently reads:

“Urokinase (1 IU if plasma fibrinogen ≥ 2.5 g/l; 0.5 IU if fibrinogen <2.5 g/l) was administered for 21 days as an intravenous infusion over 30 minutes.”

However, it should read:

“Urokinase (1 Million IU if plasma fibrinogen ≥ 2.5 g/l; 0.5 Million IU if fibrinogen <2.5 g/l) was administered for 21 days as an intravenous infusion over 30 minutes.”
