We would like to report the following errata in Table 4, and request that these items be revised appropriately.
In Table 4B (p. 198), under "CAP, Positive", the value "67" should be "37". As a result, the total beneath that entry should be revised from "63" to "57" (20 + 37 = 57).
In the same table, under "CAP, Negative" the value "78" should instead be "84" (50 + 34 = 84).
Please find attached a revised version of the table.
