Integrated health and postmodern medical care

I agree with much of this article. I have been a doctor in the NHS for 42 years. I have seen the care and compassion steadily reduced because there are not enough staff to provide care. Guidelines, over-management and ambulance-chasing lawyers produce impediments to utilizing time in care and compassion for most services.
