The ceh-19 gene model. In WormBase, ceh-19 is annotated to encode two transcripts, ceh-19a (F20D12.6a) and ceh-19b (F20D12.6b), based on the cDNA clones Z11795 and CN797894, and ORFeome sequence tags (OSTs). The extent of the homeobox and both deletion alleles, tm452 and tm461, is indicated. ceh-19 is located between the genes csr-1 (F20D12.1) and F20D12.2, both transcribed in the opposite direction to ceh-19.
