In the Results section of this paper, the position of two sequences was inverted. The corrected sentence appears below.

Silent mutations were then introduced into the wt-AurA and as-AurA constructs to make them resistant to the RNAi used to deplete endogenous Aurora A: the sequence 5′-CCTGTCTTACTGT-3′, between positions 729 and 741, was replaced with 5′-ACTATCATATTGC-3′.
