(B) Relative ADORA2A protein expression level (ADORA2A/β-actin) was higher in AA than in AB (*p = 0.021) and BB (*p = 0.024) (n = 5 for each diplotype). Lower panel shows results of a representative Western blot, showing increasing band intensity with the number of haplotype A.
