In the above-mentioned article, the following corrections are noted for Supplemental Material and appear online in the Revised Supplemental Material file:

1. In the legend for Supplemental Figure S1, the bolded, first line should instead be “CDK9 foci remain in the absence of transcription.”

2. In the legend for Supplemental Movie S4, “hepatocyte cells” should instead be “neurons,” to read: “Spinning disk live imaging of CDK9-mCherry neurons (unprocessed images).”

3. In the legend for Supplemental Movie S5, “neuron cells” should instead be “hepatocytes,” to read: “Spinning disk live imaging of CDK9-mCherry hepatocytes (unprocessed images).”

In addition, the Supplemental Movie cited in the Figure 7 legend should be Supplemental Movie S7, not S5.
