Author Correction

The May 2013 article by Efstathiou, et al, entitled, “Practice-Based Evidence to Evidence-Based Practice: Building the National Radiation Oncology Registry” (J Oncol Pract 9:e90–e95, 2013), contained an error.

In Table 1, the acronym for the European Association of Urology appeared as EUA in the Source column and the footnote, whereas it should have been EAU. The authors apologize for the mistake.
