We would like to correct the sentence as written below. The changes are underlined. The author sincerely regrets these errors

1) In the abstract (last sentence):

  • "Therefore, an isolated surgical aortic valve replacement was performed."

  • should be replaced by:

  • "Therefore, surgical aortic valve replacement with prosthetic tube graft was performed".

2) In the case paragraph (last sentence):

  • "An isolated aortic valve replacement was performed but the post-surgical period was complicated by the incidence of uncontrollable septic shock and death occurred at day seven following the procedure."

  • should be replaced by:
