A mycelia disc was positioned at the center of the PDA plate and incubated until the mycelia propagated 1 cm in length from the center of the disc. Bacterial isolate was then streaked in single line. The closest distance of the bacterial line from the center was 2 cm. The plate was incubated for 3 days at 25℃.
