Characteristics of the Deoxyribonucleic Acid of Tφ3, a Bacteriophage for Bacillus stearothermophilus

Abstract

It is shown that the individual strands of bacteriophage Tφ3 DNA are intact and that heat-denatured Tφ3 DNA forms a bimodal distribution in a neutral CsCl density gradient.
