Antimicrobial Susceptibility as a Diagnostic Aid in the Identification of Nonfermenting Gram-Negative Bacteria

Abstract

Antimicrobial susceptibility data regarding nonfermentative, gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonas, Alcaligenes, Acinetobacter, Moraxella, Flavobacterium) are presented showing that the antibiograms of most species examined can be used as an important auxillary aid in their differentiation.
