Erratum

In Am J Trop Med Hyg 86: 713 by Dahlgren et al., there are two errors requiring correction. In the 4th sentence of the abstract on page 713, instead of “…children 5–9 years of age (RR = 6.0)”, the abstract should read: “…children less than 10 years of age (RR = 5.1).” In the first complete paragraph on page 716, instead of “…children less than 10 years of age (RR = 6.0 <0.0001)”, it should read: “…children less than 10 years of age (RR = 5.1, P < 0.0001)”. The authors regret this error.
