Subcellular localization of TNAP protein in dental pulp cells from a (A) control individual and (B) a proband. Negative control was performed in the absence of primary antibody and is shown in panel (C). TNAP expression was visualized by red fluorescent staining (Alexa Fluor 546) using a Leica TCS SP5 confocal microscope (A and B bar = 25 μM; in C bar = 50 μM). Nuclear counterstain was performed with SYTO® 21 Green Fluorescent Nucleic Acid Stain and was visualized by green fluorescent staining.
