CDDP functional validation in human A549, CRL5872, and CRL5923 cells. siRNA knockdown was performed, followed by drug cytotoxicity for the six selected genes in the top two GSs. Presented are only the results for genes SNRPD1, CAMSAP1L1, LMNB1, and CENPF. A549, CRL5872, and CRL5923 cells were transfected with control siRNA or specific siRNA for the gene of interest. Following 24 h after siRNA transfection, cells were treated with CDDP for an additional 72 h.
