Cell cycle assay using PI-RNase reagents in B16 cells. Extent of propidium iodide staining of the gated population was displayed in a histogram and the regions are defined as: sub-G₁, G₀/G₁, S, and G₂/M. Result shows the sub-G₁ cell accumulation for b-Ag-30 treated B16 melanoma cancer cells indicates the apoptotic cell arrests or death.
