Cells were respectively treated with Ad5, RNTS™, RNTS or RNTS in combination with LMB. The cytoplasmic protein was prepared. Cytoplasmic Bcr-Abl, Akt, Erk, Stat5 and their corresponding phosphorylation were assessed by western blot.
