Competition binding assays for RV (NSP2-3, VP3-4, and VP6-7) and Flu (HA306–318) peptides were performed. The graphics show inhibition of binding of the biotinylated HA306–318 peptide to HLA-DR1 (A) and HLA-DR4 (B) by increasing amounts of RV and flu peptides. Results were analyzed using GraphPad Prism Software version 6.
