The following errors require correction in the article:

Table 2: The t-value and confidence interval reported for the variables “pump status” and “length since diagnosis” were inadvertently switched in all models reported (i.e., the statistics for pump status belong to length since diagnosis, and vice versa). Additionally, the standard errors reported in the first model for pump status and length since diagnosis had incorrect rounding at the tenths place.
