Michaelis-Menten Analysis of CYP2D6 Metabolism of Metoclopramide. CYP2D6 Supersomes were used to determine Km and vmax values for CYP2D6 metabolism of metoclopramide to deethylated metoclopramide. Km was 1.20 ± 0.29 μM and vmax was 6.1 ± 0.23 pmol product/min/pmol CYP2D6 with R2 value of 0.95 for the analysis.
