Kinetic rate constants of exchange (k_exch) for the reaction between thiols of varying size (GSH, βLG and BSA) with small molecule (SUCC-SS-Pyr) and macromolecular (PEG_2K-PDG-SS-Pyr, PEG_4K-PDG-SS-Pyr, PEG_10K-PDG-SS-Pyr) disulfides at varying pH (pH = 6.0 , pH = 7.0 , pH = 7.4 and pH= 8.0 ), organized by thiol size.
