Expression profiles were obtained through FlyAtlas. Histogram analysis depicts that the majority of Tip60-associated genes are robustly expressed specifically in tissues with neuronal function. (C) Proportions of different gene categories in Tip60-target genes. A total of 132 neuronal genes targeted by Tip60 showed colocalization of an active elongation version of RNA Pol II, suggesting that these Tip60-target neuronal genes are actively transcribed.
