Abstract

Plasmid pPL7065 (∼4.7 × 106 daltons; ∼20 copies per chromosome) determines the production of, and immunity or resistance to, a killing activity in strains of Bacillus pumilus. Plasmid pPL7065 is compatible with plasmid pPL576 (∼28 × 106 daltons; ∼2 copies per chromosome).
