Assessment of antibodies targeting near the CD4 binding site. Binding of VRC01 (A, B, C and E) or CD4-IgG2 (D) to eOD-GT6 (A) gp120 (B, C and D) or SOSIP gp140 (E) was competed with sera from three immunized rabbits (gp120 R1-3) or mock-immunized rabbit (PBS). Immune sera after the second or fifth immunization were used.
