Table 2.

Nebraska IPP screening results for 2009. Mean number of tests (T¯), and accuracy measures, and ( PS¯e, PS¯p, PPV¯, and NPV¯), averaged over 1000 implementations, for the 8 strata created by infection, gender, and specimen type. The average number of stages required to decode positive pools and optimal pool sizes are also given. PSOD does not use a common pool size.
