Magnani E., de Klein N., Nam H.-I., Kim J.-G., Pham K., Fiume E., Mudgett M.B., and Rhee S.Y. A Comprehensive Analysis of MicroProteins Reveals Their Potentially Widespread Mechanism of Transcriptional Regulation.

In the “Results” and Supplemental Figure S2 of this article, AT4G26920 was incorrectly listed as the gene code corresponding to the LITTLE SIPPER (SPPR) gene. The correct gene code is AT5G07260. SPPR (AT5G07260) was predicted by the miP3 program but was not included in Supplemental Table S1 because it is larger than 500 amino acids (514 amino acids).
