Viabilities of HeLa cells transfected with polyplexes at various polymer/DNA weight ratios and irradiated with UV light (λ = 365 nm, 20 mW/cm2) for different time periods (n = 3). Cells were treated with polyplexes for 4 h, irradiated with UV light, and further cultured for 48 h before viability assessment using the MTT assay.
