The authors would like to apologise for an error in the order number and working concentration of the OCT4A (POU5F1) antibody used in their study, listed in Table II. The OCT4A (POU5F1) antibody was purchased from Cell Signalling Technology, order number #2890S and used at a working concentration of 1:100 (and not order number #2750 and working concentration 1:200 as erroneously stated in the article).

The authors would like to reassure the readers that all data presented in this paper are correct and valid. This error does not affect the contents or the conclusion on the article.
