In the original HTML and PDF versions, two DIC images in Figure 5 were incorrect. Specifically, the DIC images for VPS26-GFP muk1Δ vps9Δ pVRL1 and VPS26-GFP muk1Δ vps9Δ pVRL1D373A did not match their respective GFP images. These DIC images have been replaced with the correct images in the updated figure, shown below.
