The top panel in A shows time course of sPLA2-IB (16 & 14 kDa) showing no changes following SCI. SCI induced significant increase in sPLA2-IIA (15 kDa) and IIE (18 kDa) beginning at 4 hr and 1 day post injury, but returning to baseline by 1 week. Group X (13 kDa) showed no change in expression.
