In the article “Cardiac Rehabilitation in Real Life”,1 which appeared in Volume 94, Issue 32 of Medicine, an acknowledgement was omitted. The acknowledgment should have read “This publication was supported by the Faculty of Medicine, Jagiellonian University Medical College, Leading National Research Centre (KNOW) 2012–2017”. The article has since been corrected online.
