The article entitled, “Emergence of cancer stem cells in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma: A therapeutic insight with literature review”, which was published in pages 239-244, Issue 3, Vol. 9 of Dental Research Journal[1], is being retracted. It has been found that the article contains several overlapping text sections, with a previously published article, entitled, “Cancer Stem Cells in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma”, published in, Journal of Oncology[2]. The line of narration of the review is also similar to the previously published article. Therefore owing to the duplicity in article text and presentation of scientific facts, the concerned article is being retracted.
