The authors have reported to CHEST that a dosage error appeared in “Antiplatelet Drugs: Antithrombotic Therapy and Prevention of Thrombosis, 9th ed: American College of Chest Physicians Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Guidelines” (Chest. 2012;141[2_suppl]:e89S-e119S). The suggestion appears on page e102S in the third line in the first paragraph under the 3.3 Efficacy and Safety heading. The dosage should have read 100 mg bid.
