Ioannou, M., T. Alissafi, L. Boon, D. Boumpas, and P. Verginis. 2013. In vivo ablation of plasmacytoid dendritic cells inhibits autoimmunity through expansion of myeloid-derived suppressor cells. J. Immunol. 190: 2631–2640.

In Materials and Methods in the first sentence under the heading In vivo depletion of pDcs and conventional DCs, the source of 120G8 mAb was not stated. The source is stated in the corrected text below.

In vivo depletion of pDcs and conventional DCs

Depletion of pDCs was achieved by injecting (i.p.) 400 μg 120G8 (IgG2a isotype–Dendritics, Lyon, France) on days −1 and 1 (day 0: antigenic challenge) and 200 μg 120G8 on day 3.

The authors have also revised the grant footnote to correct the first funding source. The corrected footnote is below.

This work was supported by grants from the Greek General Secretariat of Research and Technology (Synergasia 09SYN-12-1074 to P.V.), the European Union project Innovative Medicine Initiative 6 (“BTCure” to P.V. and D.B.), and a Bodossaki Foundation scholarship (to M.I.).
