Erratum: Developing a visual rating chart for the esthetic outcome of unilateral cleft lip and palate repair

In the article titled, “Developing a visual rating chart for the esthetic outcome of unilateral cleft lip and palate repair” published in pages 55-61, issue 1, vol. 5 of Annals of Maxillofacial Surgery[1], the names of the authors are written incorrectly as “A. Olusanya Adeola” and “A. Akadiri Oladimeji” instead of “A. Adeola Olusanya” and “A. Oladimeji Akadiri” respectively.

In the “Address for correspondence” section the author name is written incorrectly as “Dr. A. Olusanya Adeola” instead of “Dr. A. Adeola Olusanya”.

In the “Cite this article” section the names of the authors are written incorrectly as “Adeola AO” and “Oladimeji AA” instead of “Olusanya AA” and “Akadiri AO” respectively.

Additionally, the running head of the article is written incorrectly as “Adeola and Oladimeji: Visual rating chart for outcome of cleft lip and palate repair” instead of “Olusanya and Akadiri: Visual rating chart for outcome of cleft lip and palate repair”.

These have now been corrected and reposted online.
