A typographical error which does not affect any results or conclusion was found in Table II of our paper.1 For the sake of clarification, BEDi in Table II should be written as EQDi, which is the equivalent dose with fractional dose 2 Gy for voxel i. EQDi is expressed as

EQDi=Diα/β+Di/nα/β+2.

Therefore, gBEUD used for TCP and NTCP calculations is

gBEUD=iνiEQDia1/a.
