An error appeared in the 1 April 2015 issue of the Journal [Bhalla P, Forrest GN, Gershon M, et al. Disseminated, Persistent, and Fatal Infection Due to the Vaccine Strain of Varicella-Zoster Virus in an Adult Following Stem Cell Transplantation. Clin Infect Dis 2015; 60: 1068–74]. In the second paragraph of the Discussion, the references are incorrect in the third sentence. The references for the sentence “Only 2 other such fatalities … followed vaccination” should be [15,18] (not [10, 11]).
