Polyclonal NK cells of healthy donors were cultured for 24 hours without or with 25 U/mL IL-2 (+ IL-2) in the absence (medium) or presence of Trastuzumab, Rituximab or a combination of both (10 μg/ml each) after immobilization to plastic. Combined data of 8 independent experiments in the absence and presence of IL-2 are shown. a. The percentage of CD69-positive CD56+CD3− NK cells as determined by FACS is indicated. b. The production of IFN-γ was determined by ELISA. Statistically significant results are indicated by *, the respective p values are provided in the results section.
