I.t. injection of LPS-activated Rictor−/− DC markedly reduces B16 melanoma growth. C57BL/6 mice bearing day 7 s.c. B16 melanomas were given an i.t. injection of 106 control DC or Rictor−/− DC, that was repeated at day 14 post-tumor inoculation. Tumor growth was monitored every 3–4 d and is shown as mean + SD for five animals per group. p < 0.05 when comparing Rictor−/− DC-injected mice with untreated or control DC-injected mice.
