A. Immunoprecipitation analyses showing that SIRT2 was co-immunoprecipitated with Skp2 in A549 cells. B. Using an anti-acetylated-lysine antibody in immunoprecipitation, we found that the acetylation level of Skp2 significantly increased in SIRT2-depleted A549 cells, and significantly decreased in SIRT2-overexpressing cells.
