On page 5 left hand column, the formula should be

$$\text{v}=\frac{(\text{B}+\beta \text{t})\text{rM}}{100\text{zad}}$$

And the same formula in Appendix 2, page 7 right hand column.

$$\text{v}=\frac{(\text{B}+\beta \text{t})\text{rM}}{100\text{zad}}$$

In that same column the symbol C appears three times, and it should be B. Minus signs have been missed in the expressions  $\frac{-\text{v}}{\text{z}}$ and $\frac{-\text{v}}{\text{a}}$

The expression $\frac{\partial \text{v}}{\partial \beta }$ appears incorrectly as $\frac{\partial \text{v}}{\text{V}\beta }$
