Following re-examination of the raw data used for the generation of Figure 7B in the paper “Improving target cell specificity using a novel monovalent bispecific IgG design” by Mazor et al., published in mAbs 7.2, pages 377–389 (DOI: 10.1080//19420862.2015.1007816), the authors identified an error in the X-axis antibody concentrations we had initially reported. The error was the consequence of mistakenly grafting the cytotoxicity values into a template Prism file already containing X-axis antibody concentrations starting at 66.67 µg//ml, while the correct antibody concentrations used for the specific experiment had started at a lower concentration of 1.875 µg//ml. The correct Figure 7B is shown here.
